I first had a Round Tower Brewery beer about a year ago in The Alehouse in Chelmsford, it was this perfect Black IPA called Slipstream. The brewery was completely new to me and after a quick Google search I was surprised to see that the brewery was about a 20 minute slow walk from where I was sitting. Since that first moment I was interested in Round Tower and now. I have tried several beers of theirs in cask and bottle, each time the beers being very good and I am always impressed.

So when it came to organising a November ale night at The Leyton Orient Supporters Club Round Tower was one of the breweries top on my list.

Fast forward a few months and we are a few weeks away from the evening. We will have 10 different beers from Round Tower.

Their barrel aged Slipstream won joint best beer at LOSC last beer evening (Two Counties Beer Gala : Essex vs Kent) so it sets it up perfectly to showcase what else Round Tower have to offer.
